The cadre conference of CMGB was held on 3rd Nov 2011 to declare the adjustment of management team. with the attendance and announcement of Jiang Zhigang, Vice-Chairman of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council SASAC; Wang Li, Vice-Director of SASAC Second Bureau for the Administration of Corporate Executives,  Lu Jin is appointed as Director General of CMGB ; Yan Xueyi, retired, is removed from the post.
